Logging in to CustoMED

This article explains how to log in to the CustoMED platform, the different login options available, and what to do if you experience any issues during login.

Updated this week

CustoMED supports three secure login methods, all starting with your email address.
The login method you use depends on your organization’s setup and your user account.

⚠️ New users cannot self-register. Accounts are created by your organization admin or the CustoMED team.

Step 1: Enter Your Email Address

All login methods begin the same way:

  1. Go to the CustoMED login page

  2. Enter your work email address

  3. Click Continue

Based on your account and organization settings, you will be guided to the correct login option.

Login Options

1. Login with Password (Standard Login)

This is the most commonly used login method.

How it works:

  1. Enter your email

  2. Enter your password

  3. Click Log in

You will be logged in immediately if the password is correct.

Forgot Your Password?

If you don’t remember your password:

  1. Click “Forgot password”

  2. Enter your email address

  3. You will receive an email with a temporary password

  4. Log in using the temporary password

  5. You will be asked to set a new password

🔒 For security reasons, temporary passwords are time-limited.

2. One-Time Code Login (Passwordless)

This option allows you to log in without a password.

How it works:

  1. Enter your email

  2. Choose One-Time Code Login

  3. You will receive an email with a login code

  4. Enter the code on the login screen

  5. You’re logged in — no password needed

This is useful if:

  • You don’t want to manage passwords

  • You’re logging in from a shared or temporary device

3. Organization Login (Google or Microsoft SSO)

Some organizations require centralized user management using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Supported options:

  • Login with Google

  • Login with Microsoft (Azure / Microsoft Entra ID)

How it works:

  • After entering your email, you’ll be redirected to your organization’s Google or Microsoft login

  • You must use this method if your organization enforces SSO

  • Passwords are managed by your organization, not by CustoMED

ℹ️ If your organization uses SSO, other login methods (password or one-time code) may be disabled.
