Login methods (Password / One-Time Code / SSO), common errors, email delivery issues, session expiration, and what to do if you don’t have an account.

How login works in CustoMED

All login methods begin with the same step:

  1. Enter your email address

  2. The system shows the correct login option based on your organization settings.

CustoMED currently supports:

  • Password login

  • One-time code login (passwordless)

  • Google / Microsoft SSO (organization-managed login)


I didn’t receive the one-time code or password reset email

Try this first

  1. Check Spam / Junk / Promotions

  2. Wait a few minutes and request the email again

  3. Confirm you entered the correct email address

  4. Ensure your internet connection is stable

Still not receiving emails?

  • Your organization may be filtering/blocking emails.

  • Ask IT/admin to allowlist CustoMED emails (if relevant).

If the issue repeats, contact CustoMED support.


I forgot my password / password reset doesn’t work

  1. Click Forgot Password

  2. Request a reset email

  3. You will receive a temporary password

  4. Log in with the temporary password

  5. Set a new password

Tips:

  • Copy/paste the temporary password to avoid typos

  • Request a new temporary password if the old one expired


My temporary password doesn’t work

Common reasons:

  • Temporary password expired

  • Extra spaces when copying

  • Wrong email address used

Fix:

  1. Request a new temporary password

  2. Copy/paste carefully

  3. Try again in an incognito/private window

If your organization enforces SSO, password login may be disabled.


I’m stuck in a login loop

This usually happens due to browser cookies/session issues.

Fix:

  1. Open an incognito/private window and try again

  2. Clear cookies/site data for CustoMED

  3. Disable browser extensions (ad blockers, script blockers)

  4. Retry


Google/Microsoft login (SSO) doesn’t work

Try:

  • Make sure you’re using your organization-managed account

  • If prompted to choose an account, select your work account

  • If IT blocks SSO apps, ask your admin/IT to approve access


I’m forced to use SSO but I want password login

If your organization enforces SSO, the platform may disable other login methods.
This is controlled by your organization.

Contact your organization admin if you believe your login method should be changed.


“I don’t have an account” / I can’t sign up

CustoMED does not support open self-signup.

If you need access:

  • Contact your organization admin, or

  • Contact CustoMED support to create your account


Session expired / I was logged out

Sessions can expire after inactivity.

Fix:

  • Log in again

  • If you were working in a step, re-check whether it was confirmed (only confirmed steps are saved)
