Why Roles Matter

From reviewing cases to approving final outputs. Roles help keep patient data safe, prevent mistakes, and ensure that all clinical decisions are approved by the right people.

User roles help:

  • Protect patient data

  • Prevent mistakes

  • Keep approvals clear and traceable

Every important action is logged, and nothing is finalized without the right approval.

CustoMED supports the following roles:

Each user only sees and can act on what their role allows.

  • Measure, annotate, and comment

  • Download files for printing (if enabled by your organization)

You stay in control — all clinical decisions require your approval.

  • View or comment (depending on permissions)

They can’t see anything else in your account.
