Case Workflow Navigation & Versioning

Going back to previous steps, how resets happen, and PSI version rules.

Updated this week

Can I go back to a previous step?

Yes. You can return to previous steps using the top workflow navigation.

What happens if I modify a previous step?

Modifying a previous step may reset later steps.

Example:

  • Editing landmarks may require redoing planning and PSI steps again.

This is expected and ensures later outputs match earlier inputs.

Can I create another PSI version?

Yes.

Rules:

  1. You must first Confirm PSI to create a version

  2. Then you can go back to:

  • PSI step

  • Planning step

  • Landmark step

  1. Make changes

  2. Confirm PSI again

Each confirmation creates a new PSI version for that group.

Before vs after PSI confirmation

  • Before PSI confirmation: updates affect the current working design

  • After PSI confirmation: confirming again creates a new version
