Signing In & Your Account

Every way to sign in, first-time setup, password reset and your account settings.

This article explains every way to sign in to CustoMED, how to set up your account the first time and what to do if you forget your password. It is for all users.

All sign-in methods start with your work email. Which method you use depends on your organization's setup.

Note: You cannot sign up on your own. Your organization admin or the CustoMED team creates your account.

Sign in for the first time

When your account is created, you get a welcome email ("Your Account is Ready") with a sign-in link and a temporary password. The temporary password is valid for 30 days.

  1. Click the link in the email. CustoMED signs you in with the temporary password.

  2. On Please set up a new password, enter your new password in Password and Confirm Password.

  3. Click Change Password.

You can also go to the Sign In page, enter your email, click Continue with Email and enter the temporary password.

Your password must:

  • Have 8 to 30 characters.

  • Include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.

  • Be different from your last 5 passwords.

If you already have a CustoMED account and another organization adds you, you get an email that you joined that organization. Keep using your existing password.

  3. CustoMED emails you an 8-digit code ("Your Verification Code"). It is valid for 15 minutes.

  1. Enter your work email and click Continue with Email.
