Why downloads fail, plan report availability, approval requirements, and multi-group downloads.

I can’t download files

Most common reason: the case is not approved yet.

Downloads unlock only after approval of required steps and/or the group.

Fix:

  • Confirm required steps are completed

  • Confirm the case/group is approved

  • Refresh and retry


Plan report (Automated IFU) missing

Some indications support automated plan report generation; others do not.

If plan report isn’t available but required:

  • Contact your admin or CustoMED

  • Request a plan report manually


Multi-group cases (e.g., scapula + humerus / femur + tibia)

Files are group-specific.

If you can’t download for one group:

  1. Switch to the correct group

  2. Refresh the page

  3. Download again from that group

If still failing, contact CustoMED, these are usually solvable immediately.
