I can’t download files
Most common reason: the case is not approved yet.
Downloads unlock only after approval of required steps and/or the group.
Fix:
Confirm required steps are completed
Confirm the case/group is approved
Refresh and retry
Plan report (Automated IFU) missing
Some indications support automated plan report generation; others do not.
If plan report isn’t available but required:
Contact your admin or CustoMED
Request a plan report manually
Multi-group cases (e.g., scapula + humerus / femur + tibia)
Files are group-specific.
If you can’t download for one group:
Switch to the correct group
Refresh the page
Download again from that group
If still failing, contact CustoMED, these are usually solvable immediately.
